I really enjoy staying in Azalea Hotel, the hotel is clean, everyday they always change the towels, the room is big good for a family., i will come back and stay again in Azalea hotel.

Perfect place to stay. Very accommodating hotel staffs. Its just that the hotel bathroom is a little but small. hoping it would be bigger.

We were satisfied and happy with over all experience in Azalea. Great choice of hotel especially for groups & families. Rooms and cr are all clean. Nice & attentive staffs. Were definetly going to book here again.

We love the place. Staff are approachable. Amenities are great. Just one call and they brought pans, rice cooker and other kitchen needs. Stocks are always replenished - tissue papers, bathroom needs, bottled water etc. Will definitely book again in the future

Maganda sana dito, kaso yung manager nila hindi makausap ng maayos.
Dahil aalis na kami at flight namin ng maaga pinakiusapan namin na na namin sila in advance.
na sana mkapag serve nalang sa amin kahit papaano may breakfast dahil may kasama kami bata.
Yung Breakfast na kasama sa package namin sabi ng manager nila, hindi daw pwede iserve. eh binayaran naman namin yun at nasa package naman dito yun.
(yung mga ibang tao not friendly, not welcoming hindi mo ma feel na vibes na welcome ka at guest ka.)
kung hindi kaya mabago ang Customer Service nigo. palitan niyo na mga staff nyo dyan.
